Kurulum

1. Install the widget in your account and press «Save» on its card.
2. Open the widget settings and press «Connect Zoom». An account administrator can do this.
3. Grant access in the Zoom window that opens. The window closes by itself.
4. On the «Users» tab match your staff with Zoom users — by the matching button or by hand.
5. On the «Connection» tab choose what to do with transcripts: attach as a file, as a link, or do not save.

Kartta çalışma

«Meet now» creates a meeting and copies the join link to the clipboard. «Schedule» opens a form with date, time and duration. Below are the meetings of this card and all meetings of the account on a chosen date.

The whole history goes into notes: scheduled, started, ended, moved, cancelled — with the actual time, duration and number of participants. No custom fields are created: a single lead may hold many meetings, while a field holds one value.

The integration requests permissions to create, read, update and delete meetings, to read past meeting details, and to read the list of account users — the last one is needed to create a meeting on behalf of the person who scheduled it. Recording video and audio, meeting chats and conversation content are not requested.

Sınırlar

Zoom counts a daily limit on creating and updating meetings per user. Cloud recording and transcripts are available for licensed Zoom users only and are enabled in their account settings. For unlicensed users a group meeting is limited to 40 minutes.

Kaldırma

Removing the integration in Zoom revokes access immediately and the stored account data is deleted. Meetings created earlier stay in Zoom and keep working.
