Is this employee surveillance?
No. The panel does not record screens or take screenshots. It only shows what a rep already does in the CRM: calls, chats, tasks, deal moves. It's visibility of the work, not control of the person — so the team takes it in stride.
Can reps «inflate» their activity?
No. A call or chat either happened in the CRM or it didn't. «Not in the CRM — didn't happen». Unlike verbal reports, the numbers can't be faked.
How is it different from standard CRM reports?
