CRM data enrichment · Kommo

Your reps spend six hours
a week on Google

Enrichment suites want $4,740 a year to fix that. BizProfile does it inside the Kommo card — the company behind the email domain, the phone line type, and the profiles that really belong to this person. Packs from $9.

Recognize this?

Four situations every sales leader knows — and every one of them is your money, not your reps' inconvenience.

01

Paid hours go into a search box

Before a call a rep checks three things by hand: what company this is, whether the number is alive, and who this person is. Industry estimates put that at around six hours a week — against roughly two hours a day actually selling.

02

Enrichment costs like another headcount

A five-person team on Apollo's Professional plan pays about $4,740 a year before credit overages. ZoomInfo starts north of $15,000 with a mandatory annual contract. For a team that only needs a lookup before the call, that is a strange price.

03

You sign for a year before you know it works

Annual contracts are signed on a demo. Whether the data is any good on your market, in your niche, with your leads — you find out in month three, with no way back.

04

You pay per seat, two people use it

Per-seat pricing charges for the whole team. In practice the lookups are run by the two reps who work the inbound — and you pay for everyone else anyway.

Across a team of five that is

1,560 hours

a year spent looking things up instead of selling

Six hours a week, five reps, fifty-two weeks. Nobody notices it, because it never shows up as a line in any report — it just quietly eats the part of the day you are paying for. The lookup itself takes seconds. Finding it by hand is what costs.

How it works

Three layers, and you only pay for the third

The panel sits inside the contact, lead and customer card. It opens with what it already knows and asks for nothing.

  • Opens with facts that cost nothing

The company behind the email domain, the year that domain was registered, a warning when the address is a personal or a disposable one, and the accounts the person confirmed themselves.

  • One click, one credit

Open sources are searched and every result is ranked by how confident we are it is the same person. The phone line type and carrier come back in the same click — mobile, landline or VoIP, and who operates it.

  • Only what a human confirms

Nothing reaches the card until your manager says «this is them». Then it is one note: the company, the number with its line type, the confirmed links. Fields and tags are never touched.

  • Nothing about the person stays with us

No name, number, link or snippet is written to our database or our logs. We are not a data broker and we have no list of people to sell.

Manual research, an enrichment suite, or this

What the match score is — and what it is not

Every result carries a percentage. It answers exactly one question: is this page about the same person as the card. It is record linkage — never a judgement about the person.

100%means the page carries this person's own email, or is their own profile. Not «a good lead» — we do not grade people
70%+is the line above which a link is worth your manager's click. Below it, the panel still shows the result and lets them judge
0rows about people in our database. No list, no profiles, no resale — there is nothing here to sell

Frequently asked questions

Where does the data come from?
From the email domain, from open-source search, from Gravatar accounts the person confirmed themselves, and from the phone carrier registry. BizProfile does not buy contact data from data brokers and keeps no database of people.
What does one credit buy?
One search of a contact, including the phone line type and carrier. A search that returns nothing is not charged. Neither is a provider failure on our side.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are not a subscription and have no expiry date. You buy a pack and spend it at your own pace — there is no monthly minimum and no annual contract.
Is anything written to the card automatically?
Only if you switch it on. By default nothing reaches the card until a manager presses the button, and then it is one note: the company, the number with its line type, and the confirmed links. Fields, tags and pipeline stages are never touched.
What is the match score?
Confidence that a page is about the same person as the card. It is record linkage, not a judgement about anybody — we do not score people and do not rank them. 100% means the page carries their own email or is their own profile.
Do you store the search results?
No. No name, email, phone number, profile link or snippet of a found person is written to our database or our logs. Provider responses live for the duration of one request and nowhere else — that is both our design and a requirement of the Brave Search licence.
Which cards does it work in?
Contact, lead and customer cards. In a lead or a customer card the widget resolves the main contact itself, so there is nothing to pick by hand.
What does a lookup actually cost?
From $0.026 on the largest pack to $0.045 on the smallest. 50 trial credits are added on install, so the first fifty searches cost nothing.
