Max Shishkin
An expert in business processes and building sales departments. Since 2014, turnkey Kommo implementations, an in-house development team and our own widgets in the marketplace. I help teams sell in international markets.
A practitioner, not a theorist
Max builds sales departments from the inside: pipelines, scripts, response-speed control, shift discipline. Not "consulting for the sake of consulting" but working systems that stay with the team long after the rollout is done.
Behind him are more than 100 sales departments built across very different niches, from manufacturing to online education. For the tasks a standard CRM can't cover, the team has its own developers, and that's how the VentasBoost widgets for Kommo were born.
A certified Kommo and WhatsApp Business API partner. Max has been featured in Forbes, Delovoy Peterburg, Generalny Direktor and on Executive.ru.

"With Max's help I closed about 10 contracts at an average deal size of 150k. And on its own, the team has already closed 13 more, some even larger. Huge thanks!"
"Complex material broken down into simple, working systems. You can tell right away he's a master of his craft. Once again, everything fell neatly into place in my head."
"Pure substance, no fluff: practical information, tools, motivation. The one-on-one reviews are out of this world."
"First of all, I want to thank you, you run everything at a ten out of ten. Honestly, thank you so much. The way you treat clients is also a ten out of ten."
